Items cannot be stored in Common Areas, Walk Ways or Common Deck Areas. BBQ grills are Strictly Forbidden. 

Garbage Removal

Deposit all trash, garbage, rubbish in the locations provided. Do not allow any trash, garbage, rubbish to be deposited or permitted to stand on the exterior of any building. To prevent the infestation of rodents and insects, tenants must remove any collected trash and food waste from the Premise at least once a week.  

Cleaning Guidelines

Tenant(s) is responsible for cleaning all areas of the Premises, including but not limited to: living room, dining room, kitchen, hallways, laundry room, bedrooms, closets, bathrooms, outdoor walkways, and parking spaces.
  • To prevent the infestation of rodents and insects, tenants must remove any collected trash and food waste from the Premise at least once a week.  
  • Carpets and Rugs must be vacuumed at least once a week.  
  • Hardwood floors or Tiles must be swept once a week.  
  • Bathrooms must be cleaned regularly, and as frequently as needed, to prevent the formation of mold and mildew. 
If Tenant(s) does not clean adequately and regularly, Tenant(s) will be liable for reasonable cleaning charges – including charges for cleaning carpets, draperies, walls, etc. that are soiled beyond normal wear (that is, wear or soiling that occurs without negligence, carelessness, accident, or abuse).  

Proper Use of Appliances / Fixtures

  • Keep all air conditioning filters and window units clean and free from dirt;
  • Keep all lavatories, sinks, toilets, and all other water and plumbing apparatus in good order and repair and shall use same only for the purposes for which they were constructed.
  • Tenant shall not allow any sweepings, rubbish, sand, rags, hair, ashes, fabric towels, paper towels, diapers, baby wipes or other similar substances to be thrown or deposited therein. Any damage to any such apparatus, resulting from misuse, and the full cost of clearing stopped plumbing shall be borne by the Tenants. Any plumbing costs associated with snaking clogged sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, or drains will be incurred jointly by the Tenants;
  • Tenant(s) are responsible for replacing expired light bulbs and smoke detector batteries.
  • Any damage done to appliances resulting from negligence will be paid for by the Tenant(s). This includes but is not limited to: damage to stove/oven "cooker" due to overheating the elements. The stove burners and ovens must be turned off between uses and cannot be used as a heat supply for the apartment.
  • Damaged A/C units because of blocked air intake, 
  • Damaged refrigerator because of overfilling or blocking of air flow.
